Cruden Building has a long tradition of training and developing our staff and tradespeople from the very earliest stages of their career. As our business continues to grow and develop we intend to maintain this approach as part of our core values.
Each year we aim to recruit 15 Apprentices in locations across the Central Belt of Scotland. This annual intake creates a pool of circa 60 Apprentices on the four-year course at any one time.
What do we look for in our Apprentices? Enthusiasm, reliability, self-motivation and commitment to a scheme where you will learn first class skills while working on the job as well as enhancing your knowledge through SQA registered courses at college. Courses are run in partnership with Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Building Apprenticeship &Training Council (SBATC) and CITB.
We are committed to improving the skills shortage in Scotland and supporting local communities by providing long-term careers and opportunities through the wide range of projects we are delivering across Scotland.
