“We recognise there is an extremely high demand for new family homes, but there are also a great number of house buyers who are looking for alternative styles of living - be that age exclusive living or dynamic city apartments. It’s important that we cater to the needs of all homeowners and these projects are a testament to Cruden’s ability to diversify and create high quality homes for all. We look forward to attending the Scottish Home Awards final next month and wish the best of luck to all of our fellow finalists.”
