Famous for its white sandy beaches and golf courses, North Berwick remains one of the most appealing locations in Scotland to buy a new home.

And it’s in this truly lovely part of the country that award-winning builder, Cruden Homes ,is launching a second phase of affordable new homes. All properties at Mains Farm will be available to buyers who meet specific criteria to qualify for East Lothian Council’s discounted Low Cost Home Ownership scheme.  The initiative has been developed to offer households who are unable to afford open market housing in North Berwick the opportunity to buy their own home at an affordable price.
