Works Description: The contract was a JCT 2016 with Quantities and Contractor Design portions, to construct a three storey classroom block extension to the existing Manchester Health Academy, enabling the school to cater for growth in numbers to 1200 students.

The steel framed extension included a new school entrance; reception area; balconied atrium; 16 classrooms; student, staff and visitor toilets and circulation spaces and will be used for maths and English teaching.  

The scheme was designed by Bowker Sadler Architecture.
