Cruden’s 11th year in succession at the LABC BUILDING EXCELLENCE AWARDS
Three Cruden projects selected as finalists in the 2020 North West Local Authority Building Control Awards
Cruden is once again celebrating regional success, with three projects completed in 2019 being selected as finalists in the 2020 North West Local Authority Building Control Awards.
First of the finalists is the £1.7m Chapelford Medical Centre at Great Sankey in Warrington completed for NHS England, which has been selected in two award categories: ‘Best Public Service or Educational Building’ and ‘Best Small Commercial Project’.
Our second finalist is the £6.9m Trepassey Care Home at Gayton, Heswall on the Wirral which is one of the most beautifully designed buildings we have ever completed. This scheme has also been selected in the ‘Best Small Commercial Project’ category.
Thirdly, our circa £3m project for West Lancashire District Council at Walmsley Drive which has seen the design and construction of twenty-seven houses and apartments in the heart of Ormskirk selected in the ‘Best Small Housing Development’ category.
The nominations celebrate the design and construction teams that worked closely together to find innovative and creative solutions to deliver these fantastic schemes that have benefitted local communities and enhanced the built environment.
This is the eleventh year in succession that the quality of construction delivered by our skilled builders has been recognised by the LABC and we congratulate our management teams, clients, design consultant partners and supply chain that worked on these projects on reaching the awards finals.
The final will be held on 24th April 2020 at the Emirates Old Trafford LCC Stadium.
