Project Overview
This 102 unit development was constructed in the heart of Govan for the local Association who
were keen to diversify housing tenure within the area.The result was a mix of 60 units for social
rent, 20 units for NESSE and 32 low cost home ownership units. The NESSE units and those for
sale were marketed and sold by our sister company Cruden Homes West.
The majority of the units were constructed using a steel/lightweight steel structure with
masonry, rain screen cladding and distinctive aluminium pods, which were prefabricated off site.
New parking was prohibited on the adjacent Govan Road and residents therefore utilise an
internal parking court accessed via a pend.
