Historic Buildings & Conservation
A successful track record of sensitive intervention and restoration of listed and historic buildings.
Our experience covers an array of listed and historic structures including Grade I and Grade 2 listed buildings and masonry ruins.
Our collaborative approach with bodies such as English Heritage and our established relationships with specialist high quality suppliers and specialist contractors such as stone masons ensures that our goal to conserve and restore the fabric and character of the asset to its’ maximum potential is achieved on every project.
In recent years, we have completed four major schemes in Liverpool’s Ropewalks Conservation Area and individual commissions in Cheshire and Manchester. These notable schemes involved sensitive fabric repairs, building component salvage and restoration and alteration and extensions to enable new use.
