Cruden Property Services have been a partner to Manchester City Council on the Small Works Framework for 3 years and have consistently delivered performance improvement.

The latest set of KPI Assessment results from the local authority confirm that Cruden Property Services we have improved our score for the 9th consecutive time.

The impressive KPI results include that e have scored 85% for Product against a target of 80%, the other 7 contractors on the Small works Framework scores ranged from 55% - 84%

We have scored 83% for Service against a target of 78%, the other 7 contractors on the Small works Framework scores ranged from 76% - 80%
