This year's annual Escalate Training Awards Day was held on Friday 31st July 2009 at the Museum of Science and Industry.
Escalate is Cruden Groups dedicated staff training and development programme, tailored individually to support skills and talent development in all areas of the business.
Hosted by Carl Brian, Group Chairman, Stephen Morris, Managing Director of Cruden Construction and Malcolm Gemson, Managing Director of Cruden Property Services the event recognized not only the achievement of our workforce but also of the company as a whole.
In 2008/09 Cruden was recognized in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work for in 2009, achieved the Two Ticks Positive About Disabled People accreditation, CSCS Platinum status and became a recognized CSCS Test Centre all prestigious accolades that further demonstrate Cruden focus and commitment to developing a highly skilled and talented workfoce.
Cruden Group have been training, developing and investing in our workforce for over 40 years so we were delighted to recognize the achievements of our current apprentices, trainees and professional learners who have excelled in 2008/09.
