Management Secretary, Kate Large recently passed her HNC in Business Management after two years of study.

Kate has worked with Cruden for over six years and works closely with the Senior Management Team to meet a wide range of secretarial and administration needs. Kate has studied towards her HNC in Business Management at local college Warrington Collegiate covering a wide range of subject areas such as Business Environment, Organisations and Behavior and Working with and Leading People. In August 2011 all her hard work paid off and Kate gained her Level 5 BTEC Higher National Certificate with flying colours.

Mark Burns, Managing Director of Cruden Small Works comments "Kate has continued to bring a positive and welcoming approach to our busy team and all our customers whilst studying hard towards her HNC. I'm delighted that she has her sights set on achieving her HND and has enrolled for the next term starting in September, all the Small Works team wish her the best of luck in the next year"

Kate joins a long list of Cruden employees who have committed studying toward professional qualifications with the support of Cruden and specifically our talent and development initiative Escalate. Escalate is dedicated to training, developing and nurturing talent and skills of all employees who wish to undertake professional studies.
