Members from the Cruden Property Services Help Desk and Administration Teams undertook the Institute of Leadership and Management Award, all passing with flying colors in April 2010.

The Institute of Leadership and Management Award is centered around team leading, the group studied three modules including

- Developing yourself as a team leader
- Leadership Styles
- Motivating and developing the team

Under the supervision of ESCALATE Training Partner Anne Burton, the group of 13 employees undertook nine half day training sessions from September to December 2010 to complete the qualification.

Anne tutored and supported the groups study toward the award through an in house training course delivered through Cruden's training and development initiative ESCALATE.

The Group were handed their much awaited certificates directly from Anne on Thursday 1st April 2010 who commented "The group really do have a lot to be proud of. They have all worked hard to pass the course and fit it around their own work roles. The course will be a significant influence on their future careers as well as provide Cruden will knowledgeable and up skilled employees"
