Cruden Property Services have been delighted to receive positive feedback from the Governors, Head Teachers, parents and children from recent small works and refurbishment projects in some of Manchester's primary schools.
Repairs to the roof were undertaken at Seymour Road Primary School during the summer and Head Teachers BM Artis commented "The Governors of the school would like to express their appreciation for the excellent management of the roof projects at Seymour Road. The school soon established a very positive working relationship with the Site Supervisor Wayne Mallinson and were always confident the safety and security of our pupils were paramount in his planning"
At Moston Fields Primary School, Headtecher Mr Harpal Bahra commented "I am very pleased to say the roof and related works carried out this summer were undertaken and completed, not only in good time but also to a high standard or quality and workmanship. All personnel involved including Cruden Manager and Subcontracted personnel were amenable at all times… I can only give positive feedback."
At Crab Lane Primary School the window and doors were replaced on the entire front elevation of the building. The Heateacher commented "Children, Parents, Governers and Staff have all commented upon the change the works have made – and the fact that all work came in well under schedule was a real bonus too!. Cruden's final push during the last week was particularly impressive, and ensured that the school was ready to open our new doors to the children at the beginning of the term free of debris, dust and clutter.
