Promoting Construction Industry Careers to the Next Generation

Promoting Construction Industry Careers to the Next Generation Picture
Wednesday 26th October 2011

Since 2008 Cruden Group has regularly engaged with Liverpool Primary School's to participate in an innovation education concept, Career Carousels. Working with our educational partner Liverpool Compact who facilitates the events, Cruden representatives have met with a wide range of children to help them understand what a career in the construction industry may be like.

The events are an excellent opportunity for young children aged between 7 -11 to meet people from all walks of business and expand their knowledge of career paths and the world of work. The carousels can help raise future career aspirations, enhance listening and communication skills and build the children's confidence when interacting with adults.

Cruden Group are delighted to be a part of the 'Inspire Young Minds' initiative in the Liverpool area and continue to encourage, inform and motivate the next generation of budding tradesmen and building professionals in to the construction industry.
