Cruden Property Services merges with Cruden Mechanical Services
Cruden Property Services Limited has confirmed its recent merger with Cruden Mechanical Services Limited, the objective of which has been to create, "A combined service-provision which will better serve the needs of our clients and customers." said CPSL Managing Director Malcolm Gemson.
The merger, which took place to coincide with the start of the new fiscal year on 1st October, brings together both operations with no loss of management or site-based personnel. The merged company will continue to operate from bases at Salford, Liverpool, Oswaldwhistle and from CPSL's new offices in Preston and Stockport. "Our intention has been to restructure our business offering to give clients an almost 'one-stop-shop' service across the entire spectrum of repair, maintenance and small / medium works services." confirmed Malcolm. "In addition to our usual property services works we can now provide mechanical and electrical services - integrated and completely cohesive." As part of a dedicated marketing campaign, CPSL is currently in the process of designing a new brochure, headlined, 'Working for customers', to highlight the company's focus on adaptability, flexibility and speed of response in helping clients to achieve their objectives.
