Following a demanding selection process, Cruden Property Services is delighted to have been chosen by Harvest Housing Group as its maintenance and property services partner for the new 'Repairs Partnership Project', which is to take place in three areas - Eavesbrook (covering Preston and Lancashire), 'Manchester East' and 'Manchester West'.
The project, which comprises day-to-day fabric maintenance and property services, is valued at £3million
per year over the five year contract period and is a major achievement for CPSL. "Our offering to Harvest provided benefits in every area of activity." confirmed Operations Manager Chris Pugh. "Our innovative IT packages, our ability to communicate with operatives in the field and our creative approach to tenant communications and participation all gained approval from the Harvest evaluation team."
