The North West Construction Awards 2010 will be held on Thursday 27th May 2010 in Southport.
The in house training and development initiative ESCALATE has put Cruden as one of three organizations considered for the Skills and Education Award at the prestigious event.
ESCALATE is born out of over 40 years of training, developing and investing in our staff through apprenticeships, in house training and support to study for professional qualifications. ESCALATE is linked to our appraisal system to ensure all of our staff are given an annual bespoke training plan.
