This year's annual Escalate Training Awards Day was held on Wednesday 16th June 2010 at The Lowry in Salford Quays.
Escalate is Cruden Groups dedicated staff training and development programme, tailored individually to support skills and talent development in all areas of the business.
Our Apprentices and trainees enjoyed a fun filled morning of team building delivered by our Training partner Ann Burton of Training by Design. The world cup themed training session encouraged the Apprentices to work as a team in a number of situations ranging from an effective way to market Cruden to new Appretices through to three legged races, timed team dribbling races and ending in a whole team sign along to the appropriately timed 'Footballs Coming Home'
After the energetic morning the Cruden Apprentices were joined at lunch by a selection of our clients, training providers, staff and other trainees through out the Cruden Group, who were all there to celebrate and recognize the achievements of 2009/2010 in the awards ceremony.
Hosted by our dedicated Apprentice Committee, Committee Member and HR Manager Michelle Swarbrick welcomed our guests and lead the awards to recognized not only the achievement of our workforce but also of the company as a whole.
