Cruden Property Services Exploring 'Eco' business opportunities

Currently, Cruden Property Services (CPS) is involved in a partnership with worldwide manufacturers Alpha Boilers, on an 'eco' pilot project for Harvest Housing Group in Longsight in Manchester, to enhance its new-build's energy ratings, through the inclusion of solar heating and other 'sustainable energy' features.

Led by Phil Johnson and Andy Barker, CPS has recently achieved accreditation from Alpha Boilers for the installation of associated solar units, and with Mitsubishi to install its 'Eco-Dan' system of air-source heat pumps.

"Cruden is seeking to serve the expanding requirement for sustainable, environmentally aware, energy-efficient and carbon-neutral construction." said Phil Johnson. "There are increasing opportunities for such 'eco-friendly' initiatives and we are very keen to meet that demand."
