Cruden Continue Construction at Castlefields
Cruden Construction have been working in partnership with Plus Dane Group since 2002 at Castlefields in Runcorn delivering modern, attractive and award winning home for Plus Danes residents as part of the impressive regeneration scheme.
Kingshead Close is the latest area of Castlefield for regeneration with the £4.1m new build homes. Cruden will commence on site in August 2009, work will comprise the demolition of the existing deck access flats and the design and build of 33 new houses and flats both for rent.
Handover of the completed project is anticipated for September 2010.
