In St Helens, Cruden is well underway with the superstructures on 25 new apartments at Chancery Street for Helena Partnerships, whilst in Ormskirk works have just commenced on 27 mixed tenure houses and flats for West Lancs Borough Council. At Kenilworth Gardens, Birkenhead, Magenta Living has entrusted Cruden to undertake a contract for construction of 11 houses and 2 bungalows.
Cruden is delighted to be engaged on these schemes and with several more new projects in the pipeline we are looking forward to a busy 2018.
