After a six week programme at Lark Hill Primary School in Salford, Cruden's Customer Care Department scored and impressive 10 out of 10 in feedback from the Urban Vision who were pleased to recognized the high standard of workmanship and commitment to customer focus from Cruden.
The Lark Hill Primary School project was awarded to Cruden through the Rethinking Construction Framework from Salford City Council and managed by Architects Urban Vision. Commencing in July 2011 over the summer holidays, the school underwent remodeling of internal class rooms, the infill of an extension, installation of a new boiler and plant equipment, gas main installation with new playground and external works also completed.
John Wood Project Manager for Urban Vision commented "Keep up the good work. It goes to show that schemes of this nature can be achieved to a high standard with the right caliber of staff and project commitment"
For satisfaction with the completion of the product Cruden were scored 10 out of 10 for the works being "completed on time, on budget and resulting in an improved education environment to the school users". The service provided at pre and during construction, on completion and during the maintenance period were all scored a maximum of 10 for "excellent service provided by all the team associated with the product from inception to completion"
