Customer Care Department - Committed to Providing the Highest Standards Picture

In its Policy Statement Cruden's Customer Care Department says it is, "committed to providing the highest standards of service to all our clients. We aim to provide our service in a professional, polite and amiable manner."

Customer Care Manager, Paul Mooney is therefore delighted to report that his team recently scored a fantastic 10/10 on a client feedback report from Housing 21's Project Manager Paul Barnes, and wishes to congratulate them all on a superlative achievement. "There is a truism which says that we are what people say we are." said Paul.

"And so for the Customer Care team to achieve 10/10 it really is a true reflection of their commitment and service-delivery." In addition to scoring all sections of the feedback report with the 'Totally Satisfied' top marks Mr Barnes also said that the Cruden Team, "Went out of their way to meet our requirements" and that they provided an, "Excellent, client-focused service."
