On Friday 20th May 2011 the Cruden site team at Castlefields were delighted to welcome funders and stakeholders to catch up on the progress of the latest stage of the regeneration at the new Village Square development.

The £6m project started in March 2010 and is due for completion in August 2011 and will offer a new community and health centre, four retail units and 25 dwellings.

The Cruden team have been part of the transformation of the Castlefields estate over the past 10 years, the new Village Square promises to be the iconic village centre for all residents to enjoy as a representation of the regeneration journey.

The funders and stakeholders were all impressed with progress on site and are eagerly awaiting the handover in August which will be marked by a number of events hosted by Plus Dane and supported by Cruden.
