Stephen Morris MSc MCMA FIoDStephen has over 30 years experience within the construction industry having worked for five major construction companies. Stephen joined Cruden Construction as Managing Director in April 2000 and has led the company to further success across a wider range of sectors. In January 2010 Stephen became Group Chairman, responsible for all strategic direction and operations within the Cruden Group.
John O Kemp BSc Eng ACAJohn has worked for Cruden Group for 25 years joining the group board in October 2004. He oversees the groups financial affairs and has played a major part in the considerable success the group has enjoyed over the years.
Alan Davies MRICS MCIOBPrior to joining Cruden Construction in 2005, Alan was with a national construction company for a 9 year period. Throughout his 22 year career Alan has gained a considerable amount of commercial experience from many varied and unique projects which he uses to implement effective financial control procedures on Cruden's projects. In October 2009 Alan became Managing Director of Cruden Construction.
Malcolm GemsonMalcolm has over 40 years experience in construction and maintenance works with 18 years as a Managing Director. Malcolm has worked for Cruden for 11 years leading the Property Services business through various growth stages to become the multi million pound company it is today. Absolutely passionate about service, customer care and demonstrable value, Malcolm leads a strong team of managers, staff and operatives to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in our service.
Mark Burns Mark has worked for Cruden for 22 years joining Cruden Property Services in January 2000, the Board of Directors in 2004 and now as Managing Director of Small Works in 2010. Mark has extensive experience in construction and maintenance operations managing a large and diverse workforce. Mark has overall operational responsibility for the small works business.
Mike Kenndy Mike has been in the property industry for three decades, starting his career as an estate agent and progressing to Director of Land and New Homes at Bridgfords. In 2002, he joined Hillcrest Homes as Sales Director before being promoted to Managing Director in 2003. Under his leadership, the Hillcrest brand has been repositioned as a leading developer of original and innovative luxury residences, claiming numerous accolades including four consecutive 'Built in Quality' awards and the title of 'Best One Off' property in the country.
