The Escalate mentoring programme is a unique and bespoke programme to Cruden. Each of the Cruden Group Directors guides and supports an individual in the group who demonstrates talent and a will to develop within the company. The Groups objective is to pass on knowledge, skills and best practice to develop the next group of business leaders.
