Escalate Logo (developing, building and investing in skills)

Escalate is Cruden's dedicated training and development programme which is committed to recruiting, retaining and engaging talented people under the Investors in People principals.

The initiative is based around Crudens people centred culture of training and development, recognizing, nurturing, supporting and growing talent within the group and engaging with the communities we operate in.

Working with the Learning and Skills Council, Construction Skills, local Northwest colleges, universities, our clients and community groups, Cruden has developed a diverse range of skills training and development opportunities across many disciplines.

Escalate extends to help people in the communities where we work  and promotes four core areas that ensure our training encompasses all our employees needs.

Community is all about giving something back an enriching the lives of those around us through volunteering; Mentoring is a unique programme to pass on experience and best practice; On the Job is all vocational learning including apprenticeships; Professional focuses on study towards professional qualifications and memberships and Awareness delivers fundamental training to every employee.
