Escalate in the Community is Cruden's unique staff volunteering scheme aimed at promoting staff well being through involvement in community projects, projects that provide a lasting legacy for the communities our operations come into contact with.


Each Cruden employee is entitled to up to five days a year to get involved with community projects away from the 'day job' to put something back into the community, meet other colleagues from around the group and do something that can genuinely make a positive difference to others.


Cruden get involved in a wide range of activities and groups throughout the North West, offering support, volunteer time, enthusiasm and comittment to make positive lasting impacts.
